We are a 36 year old Professional Engineering firm engaged in the design and documentation of Building Services. We are located in northern Kentucky 5 minutes from downtown Cincinnati Ohio.  We provide complete HVAC, Plumbing, Low Voltage Systems and Electrical design and construction documents.

Our project participation can begin at the conceptual phase, providing clients with data to make informed decisions as to Building System type based on physical constraints, initial construction costs and Building System life cycle costs. We provide Schematic phase and Design development phase documents to aid in the budgeting and space allocation work. Final construction documents for bids, agency approvals and permits are produced in close cooperation with the other design team members. LGAI provides construction administration services to ensure construction quality and conformance to the documents through the commissioning phase.

LGAI can measure and document existing system's performance and condition. We can integrate legacy systems into new work. We can provide 2d and 3d drawings, specifications and performance criteria for purchase and installation of equipment and system piping, power wiring, ductwork, controls and communications.

Our work includes many Hospitality projects, Casinos that float, Offices, Retail Stores and Industrial installations. Contact us to discuss your new project or existing Building System.
